In this role, I ensure the consistency of all assets of the Hello Tomorrow brand through the creation of engaging and aspirational visuals (both digital & printed), high-performing ads and campaigns, as well as videos - from conception, script writing and
storytelling to sometimes editing and voice over recording. Adhering to already in-place brand guidelines but also taking daring initiatives, both through offline and online media (for internal as well as external communication - B2B, B2C), I strive to make the Hello Tomorrow brand evolve.
- Increase audience engagement rates (+25% +/-) through mentoring collaborators, with first-hand creation of compelling visuals for our digital platforms (social media & website) strategizing with our Head of Marketing for best practices around SEO, UI/UX design, bounce rates and interactions.
- Manage and mentor freelance creatives (remotely) through the process of developing full campaign videos, from concept creation to script writing and creative direction, to ensure deliverables are on time and in-line with HelloTomorrow's branding and tone of voice.
- Design all digital (social media, website, campaigns, screens and presentations) and printed materials (banners, infographics, signage, exhibition walls, booths) for the Hello Tomorrow's Global Summit in-person event in Paris, for an international audience of around +3,000 attendees, plus a broader +5,000 online interactions.
- Teamwork approach (remotely) and positive communication skills with all teams and stakeholders in the Company to ensure branding consistency, through self-managing and handling high-quality creative deliverables for each project and BU.
Visual Storyteller & Consultant
